I was looking at one of my favorite blogs (cupcakes and cashemere) and saw this wonderful recipe and I just had to reblog it. (click here for the recipe) They’re moist and full of flavor and make you feel elegant even if you’re dunking them into luke-warm coffee for breakfast; or just about any other time! Enjoy =]

  1. Ahhhh — this post made me absolutely homesick for Switzerland. I loved eating madelines with my hot chocolate for an after school snack or even munch on Bear-madeleins while jumping on top of a mountain.
